Sponsor a Pony
This is a new scheme developed by The Phoenix Children’s Foundation. A charity who’s aims are to enhance the quality of life for disabled and terminally ill children in as many ways as possible.
The Phoenix Ponies have been specially chosen with the help of the breeder Joyce Morgan of the Moore Joy Stud, for their excellent temperament, patience and sociability.
The ponies are a fantastic asset and greatly enhance any venue they attend. Disabled and able bodied people alike seem to relate to the magical atmosphere they create. They bring a breath of fresh air, and their presence seems to alleviate the stresses and strains from normal every day life.
We have helped lots of children by donating much needed equipment and toys to various hospitals, individual children, other needy charities and care facilities throughout the UK.
The main purpose of the scheme is to raise extra funds to be used towards the upkeep of the ponies to include hoof trimming, vaccinations, worming, provision of rugs etc.
The cost to sponsor a pony is a minimum of £5.00 per month, for which you will receive a quarterly newsletter, Birthday and Christmas Cards.
A photograph of your chosen pony will be sent to you on receipt of your first monthly payment.
